Shipping policy
NOTE: For heavy/larger items, a shipping surcharge may be applied to your order after you checkout. You will receive an invoice from Retro Rocket Comics to your email and your order will be processed and shipped out once it has been paid.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Expect delays during the holiday/busy season(s) due to a high volume of orders and/or postal service problems that are outside the control of Retro Rocket Comics.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping options within Canada
We currently offer realtime auto-calculated shipping via Canada Post for all domestic orders.
The following options are available for shipping with prices varying depending on the item(s) weight and dimensions:
In-store pickup
In-store pickup is free at our Cambridge, Ontario location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within 1 to 3 business days (processing times vary depending on item). We will contact you via phone number/email you provided at checkout to reach you regarding pick-up times, updates, etc.
Our in-store pickup hours are from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm Wednesdays through Fridays, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturdays, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sundays and Tuesdays. We are closed on Mondays. Public holidays are excluded. Please have your order confirmation number with you when you come.
US and International Shipping
We currently do not offer US and/or international shipping but that may change in the near future.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which may include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at chettle@retrorocketcomics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
